Kellogg and Sovereign Consulting submitted reply comments in the FCC’s proceeding 21-93 regarding the Emergency Connectivity Fund that will provide support of $7.171 billion for remote learning equipment and services during the pandemic. The FCC is expected to issue final rules on May 10, 2021.
