The House passed the American Rescue Plan on March 10th and the bill is expected to be signed by President Biden on Friday March 12. The bill includes $7.2 Billion in funding support for connected learning to be administered by the FCC’s E-Rate program. The funding will be available through September 30, 2030. The FCC will most likely conduct a comment period before finalizing rules for the new funding.
