Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting is conducting a survey to gather your input on how the FCC can provision the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) that will be managed by USAC. The ECF was established by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and provides up to $7.171 Billion in funding support for the purchase of eligible equipment and advanced telecommunications and information services for use by students, school staff, and library patrons at locations other than a school or library.
