The order granting the State E-rate Coordinators Alliance petition for an expedited waiver of the Emergency Connectivity Fund invoice deadline was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 14, 2021. The order directed USAC to continue to use the Aug. 29, 2022 invoice filing deadline noted on the program participants’ funding commitment decision letters and revised FCDLs and allow them to submit their requests for reimbursement on or before this date. The order is effective Dec. 14, 2021
